Samuel Timothy Smith was born May 1, 1967 .... the rest is country music history and the man we know as Tim McGraw!!!
Being a fan of Tim's for 15 years I could go on and on with interesting bits and pieces.....
Tim is married to the beautiful Faith Hill. They meet while on tour together. Tim proposed by writing "will you marry me" on Faith's dressing rooms mirror in lipstick. Awww.
Together they have three daughters Gracie, Maggie and Audrey.
His mom's name is Betty Trimble (thank you again Betty for giving the world Tim)
He discovered accidentaly at age 11 that one of his favorite baseball players was his paternal dad ... Tug McGraw! Tim had accidently came upon his birth certificate while searching for something else in his mom's bedroom closet. Imagine his surprise!
Tug and Tim didn't form a relationship until Tim was 18 due to Tug being resistant and in denial.
He grew up with his stepfathers last name Smith until he changed it to McGraw in his early twenties.
The first hollywood movie starred in was Friday Night Lights.
Tim doesn't like roller coasters.
